The system provides automated control of a red (660nm) LED light
source array. 32 bit Windows®software functions provide automated
measurement of the rate of oxygen evolution/uptake at a range of
user-defined light intensities in order to determine apparent quantum
yield.
*LD2/3 electrode unit suitable for leaf discs up to 10cm2 cut from
whole leaves, algae or moss etc.
*Double water jacket provides enhanced temperature control of sample
& electrode disc.
*Illuminated by LH36/2R red LED array which locates on the large upper
optical port.
*Light source calibration acheived using QSRED large area quantum sensor.
*Electrode control & direct signal acquisition to a PC via the Oxylab
oxygen electrode control unit.
